The Indiana Pacers have a deal in place with Earl Watson
The Pacers have a deal in place to sign 30-year old point guard Earl Watson as soon as he clears waivers. He played in 68 games (18 starts) for the Thunder last season and he averaged 26.1 minutes, 6.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. Watson has now played in 597 games (156 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 22.8 minutes, 7.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.0 steal per game. This is a good move for the Pacers as Watson is a good backup point guard.
