Pacers lousy second half leads to beat-down by Celtics, 114-88

The Pacers played a horrible basketball game tonight.  The Pacers were out-scored 67-43 in the second half of this game.  The Pacers were ice-cold from the floor, hitting only 38.3% of their shots.  The Pacers also didn’t play any defense as the Celtics shot 50% from the floor and out-rebounded the Pacers 53-33!

Al Harrington had a good game with 23 points and 6 rebounds.  Marquis Daniels gave a good effort off of the bench with 15 points and 3 steals.  Stephen Jackson added 13 points.  Jermaine O’Neal didn’t score much, but he filled up the stat sheet with 8 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocked shots.

The Pacers have to play better than they did in the second half if they want to win any games on the road.  The Pacers have dropped to 4-4 on the season.
